Goodies inside:
V-berth, head with shower and sink, cedar closet. Dinette table converts to double bed, two quarter berths aft. Running water, electric/alcohol stove, solar fans, ice box, 3 hatches. Combination can and bottle opener. 

Goodies outside:
Tiller steering, anchors fore and aft, stern boarding ladder, outboard engine mount. Dodger, awning.  Sunshine, wind and salt air. 

Little boat:
Zodiac inflatable, mercury outboard, paddles just in case. 

Safety:
Lots of PFD's. Signal flag and rocket flares. VHF radios. 
Tiny bilge pump to keep the bilge dry. 
Big bilge pump in case we need it. 
Manual bilge pump in case we're desperate.
